AC400

AC400

Product: Double-Sided
Description:
The PETER WOLTERS AC 400 Double-Side Batch Machining Equipment is designed for processing high-precision series workpieces. Featuring a modular design, it can be used as a fine grinder, lapper, honing machine, deburring machine and polishing machine.
Similar to all AC microLine© series equipment, the AC 400 is built on proven core components, including a high-precision pneumatic pressure system, non-contact micrometric controller, powerful drive technology, and PLC control. The software developed by PETER WOLTERS enables intuitive operation of the entire equipment through menus. The upper plate can be lifted up by approximately 500mm. This design, combined with the machine base structure, allows access to the working area from three directions.
The equipment offers various workpiece carrier drive units, motor power options, and working plate speeds to match the widest range of workpieces. This ensures optimal equipment configuration for every application. The AC 400 can be equipped with a variety of well-recognized and proven configurations, such as gap lifting, leveling devices, and metered supply systems for precision grinding, lapping, or polishing fluids.
Accessories like measurement sensors and post-grinding measurement systems provide statistical process control data, ensuring process stability when machining high-difficulty workpieces. The independently developed "Data Care" analysis tool collects all controller data, serving as a perfect platform for process evaluation, optimization, and troubleshooting.
The AC 400 can process workpieces with a maximum diameter of 100mm and a maximum thickness of 50mm.
It can easily adapt to the application requirements of customers;
It is rigid and has high precision;
The loading and unloading settings are fast and user-friendly, and the disc replacement method is convenient;
The surface quality is the best, with low errors in flatness, thickness and parallelism, and low surface errors of the workpiece;
The temperature stability of the processed surface is excellent, so the flatness of the worktable is stable;
It reduces the cost of individual workpieces, shortens the loading and unloading time and non-productive time;
The display structure is complete and clear;
The programmable processing parameters can be flexibly set, so it can achieve excellent processing results;
The response speed to load changes is fast (without lag)
The operation is simple and intuitive;
It can store more than 60 processing programs;
The operation cost is low;
Personalized processing development, with high production efficiency;
Easy to maintain;
AC 400 can be configured with corresponding applications, suitable for fine grinding, grinding, honing, deburring and polishing;
Variable constant torque servo drive;
The size of the processed workpiece is the basis for selecting the optimal rotating device, and there are various sizes available;
The equipment can be configured with appropriate filters and cooling devices as needed;
Remote maintenance solution RangeCare, through mobile communication or VPN connection.
