Description:

The 24-inch Pneumatic Loading Lapping Machine is based on the 24-inch standard lapping machine.

Pressure weights are connected to the cylinder connecting rod via self-aligning bearings.

The cylinder is mounted on a crossbeam supported by two columns above the lapping plate.

The main function of the pneumatic system is to eliminate manual handling of pressure weights during loading and unloading.

It can also apply additional pressure to workpieces as per customer requirements.

The standard configuration of this machine is for loose abrasives.

Optional configurations for water and diamond emulsion are available upon customer request.

The flatness of the lapping plate and workpieces can be adjusted by repositioning the conditioning ring on the lapping plate
The lapping plate drive system features an independent motor, worm gear reducer and belt drive
